Daniel J. Horgan, Esq.

Personal injury attorney Daniel J. Horgan of Horgan Law Offices is the current President of the Connecticut Bar Association, and a member of the US District Court of CT since 1990. Daniel J. Horgan
He has resolved several million dollar plus cases including representing a teenager who was killed in a van rollover while participating in a church youth group in Albuquerque NM. He also secured a multi-million dollar settlement on behalf of a family whose grandparents were killed in tractor trailer accident. Horgan was also one of four Connecticut Lawyers who represented victims of tragic Rhode Island nightclub fire which resulted in a settlement of $176 million dollars for the victims.

Horgan is routinely chosen by other lawyers to act as a mediator and/or arbitrator in the settlement of personal injury disputes. He has lectured at various seminars and programs sponsored by the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association and local civic groups. He's also on the board of governors for the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association.

David J. Pazzaglia

Attorney David Pazzaglia represents injured individuals in all personal injury matters, focusing on claimants and injured workers in workers' compensation litigation throughout Southeastern CT.

He grew up in New London County, attending St. Bernard's High School and received his BA from Salem State University where he played collegiate hockey before moving to play junior hockey in Canada. He received his JD from the Massachusetts School of Law in Andover, MA.

Attorney Pazzaglia practiced law in Boston before returning to his home in Southeastern CT. He's licensed to practice law in all State and Federal Courts of CT, the Commonwealth of MA, the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Court and the Mohegan Gaming Disputes. He's a member of the CT Trial Lawyers Association and CT Bar Association. Pazzaglia currently resides in Niantic where he is a member of the Town of East Lyme Planning and Zoning committee.

Chester Fairlie, Esq.

Attorney Fairlie has served New London, CT as a trial attorney for 41 years and has achieved significant success in personal injury claims. Recently, he achieved a jury verdict of $1.3 million with out-of-court settlements of over $1 million.
 
Especially experienced in claims by victims of crime, Fairlie is a member of the National Center for Victims of Crime and of the National Crime Victim Bar Association, where he frequently lectures at national seminars.
Chester Fairlie
Fairlie has also taught paralegal studies at the Three Rivers Community College and has always been involved in his community. From 1987 to 1992, he was an EMT and a part-time member of an ambulance crew with the Groton Ambulance Association. Currently, he is a part-time Chaplain intern at the Emergency Department of the Lawrence and Memorial Hospital in New London, CT and resides in Niantic, CT with his wife, Joan. He has three grown children and has several grandchildren.
