Horgan law offices and its staff were pleased to join forces with TVCAA’s Retired and Senior Volunteer Program which distributes over 800 pairs of winter boots to low income children throughout New London County. Everyone involved felt the warmth and joy of the Season. MERRY CHRISTMAS.
